Roger Blomgren held
executive management positions with Raytheon Professional Services in Arlington,
Texas, NOVELL Education in Provo, Utah, SAIC/Telcordia Technologies global

Roger Blomgren holds a

of business administration degree from Suffolk University. He has also completed

hometown of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, served as a member of its Board of
Selectmen for over eleven years.

Erickson obtained over 30 years of public and private
sector real estate development experience. During his career, Rusty
has developed numerous contacts with developers, builders and
government officials. His extensive public service included 23 years
as Director of Planning and Director of Community Development for the
City of Aurora. Since retiring from the City of Aurora, he has worked
as a Realtor and planning consultant.
Rusty Erickson's expertise in community planning and
governmental procedures, along with his contacts, will be a great benefit for
the commercial efforts of the company’s clients and customers. Rusty is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). He is a graduate of
Northern Illinois University, where he earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
He is a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR)
and the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR). Community involvement has
included the Aurora YMCA Board, the GAR Memorial Commission, the Holy Angels
Building Committee and the St. Rita Pastoral Council. Rusty is a former Marine
Officer having served with the 1st Marine Division in Vietnam.
