while actively maintaining this farming operation. Steve currently resides on a
small farm in Shabbona, Illinois with his wife Lisa and 2 children.

Erickson obtained over 30 years of public and private
sector real estate development experience. During his career, Rusty
has developed numerous contacts with developers, builders and
government officials. His extensive public service included 23 years
as Director of Planning and Director of Community Development for the
City of Aurora. Since retiring from the City of Aurora, he has worked
as a Realtor and planning consultant.

of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). He is a graduate of
